On all correspondence please quote your National Insurance or Pensioner number (if applicable) where possible so we can easily identify you on our records.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept changes to your address by email. Please inform us in writing addressed to USS head office.
Are you currently contributing to the scheme (active member)?
Please be aware we do not hold addresses on file for members who are actively contributing to the scheme. All contact is made with you via the pensions office at your place of employment.
Therefore if you have a benefit enquiry your first point of contact should be your employer's pension department.
Have you left the scheme but are not in receipt of your pension (deferred member)?
Members who have left the scheme should use this form to update their address and other personal details notification of change of details form. Please note your signature is essential, we cannot make changes without it.
For benefit information you will need to put your request in writing, addressed to the Pensions Operations department at USS head office.
Are you already in receipt of your pension?
For any changes to personal / banking details, please complete and sign the notification of change of details form. Please note your signature is essential, we cannot make changes without it.
For benefit information you will need to put your request in writing, sent to USS at the address below. Any enquiries relating to the payment of your pension or any related tax enquiries should be addressed to our Pensions Payroll department at USS head office.
