Use the range of USS modellers and tools to work out what your pension will be and consider your options.

As the Career Revalued Benefits section of the scheme is very new there are currently a limited number of modellers, more will be developed over time in line with the modellers available under the Final Salary section of the scheme.

Benefit Modeller

This allows you to work out what benefits you might receive at retirement and explains how the Career Revalued Benefits section works.

AVC Modeller

Incorporated into the Benefit Modeller, this tool allows you to work out the benefit and cost of buying extra benefits in the scheme

Money Purchase AVC conversion tool

If you have a Money Purchase AVC fund (Prudential) and haven't retired yet use this tool to work out what extra benefits USS would provide if you decided to buy the extra pension from USS.

Cost of contributions

Take a look at this modeller to see what the real cost of membership is after tax relief and a saving on National Insurance. The cost is lower than you may think.
