USS regularly visits institutions to hold information presentations for members. A minimum attendance of 25 is usually expected.
The presentations normally include topical issues, an overview of the scheme benefits and a section on how members can increase their benefits by paying extra contributions. However, presentations can, if required, be tailored to meet individual requirements.
Please note that current member presentations will still focus on the Final Salary section members. During the coming 12 months we will extend this to cover the Career Revalued Benefits section members, as the membership of that section grows.
Check the table below to see if such a meeting is being arranged at your institution.
If your institution is not listed and you would be interested in attending a presentation please contact the person responsible for pensions at your institution. Click to download presentation slides (member).
Please Note:
USS member presentations are produced and presented in Microsoft Power Point. To view these presentations you will need a copy of Microsoft Office or an equivalent Power Point viewer (a viewer for Microsoft Windows machines is available here).
Non-Windows users can use OpenOffice to view the presentation. If you are unable to view the presentation a hard copy can be requested from USS, please email communications@uss.co.uk
