Sir Anton became a Director of Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited in 2015. He’s also a member of the Investment Committee.
Sir Anton is the Principal and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Glasgow. Prior to this, his other roles at the University of Glasgow included lecturer and Professor in Economics, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, and Vice-Principal (Strategy, Budgeting and Advancement). He was also previously Principal and Vice-Chancellor of Heriot-Watt University.
