If you have a query with your Service Statement please contact your employing institution, details of the pensions contact at your institution are included on the statement. An update form is included with the statement to assist in raising queries.
The Service Statements are produced as at 31 March 2010. Please note if you have joined the scheme since this date you will not receive a statement.
Statements are also not produced for members:
- who are on non-pensionable absence or;
- for whom we are currently processing leaver or retirement benefits or;
- who are in Variable Time Employment.
