As of 1 April this year, the salary threshold will reduce from £59,883.65 to £40,000. A joint contribution from you and your employer of 20% of your salary above £40,000 goes into the Investment Builder. Your employer covers the cost of the administration and managing your investments, so you don’t need to worry about the cost of that.
