We have gathered together the common requests received from financial advisers and placed them in this one area of the website for ease of reference and to prevent the need to wait for information to be posted to you.
If you need specific information for a particular member this can be provided on request, providing we have an up to date letter of authority. Letters of authority can be faxed or posted to USS.
We will hold the authority on file and it will remain valid for a period of 12 months. If you request information after this time then an up to date letter will be required, it must be signed and dated by the member.
